Quality certification
Double Consulting has been certified by DNV GL Business Assurance Italia S.r.l. as a company in compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard, for our Rome office.
Starting from 2010, the certification was obtained and periodically renewed in relation to the following purpose: design, development and maintenance of software and information systems.
The quality of processes and services provided as well as customer satisfaction, are ensured by:
- structured verification processes, review and validation of planning, software development and consultancy services carried out both at the specific project level and in relation to the entire organization;
- meticulous recruiting processes, together with a periodic verification of professional skills and employees’ trainings aimed to constantly improve professional skills and personal characteristics;
- recurring check of customer satisfaction.
This certification confirms Double Consulting’s orientation to constantly improve the services supplied to customers, thanks, additionally, to the compliance to international legislations.
